Global Petroleum Show opens

It’s one of the world’s largest oil and gas gatherings.
The Global Petroleum Show kicks off Tuesday at Stampede Park, amidst turbulent times for the industry.
More than 50,000 people will be welcomed from 100 different countries through Thursday, all offering creative solutions for the oilsands.
A special U.S. Pavilion will also open Tuesday, with help from Montana Governor Steve Bullock, who is hoping to build on existing trade relationships.
The theme for this year’s show is ‘Reimagine, Reinvent, Reposition’, and many businesses will be showcasing emerging technologies.
