WE Day Alberta takes over Saddledome

Their acts of kindness and good will have bought them a ticket to a very exclusive event.
School kids from across the province will be converging on the Saddledome Tuesday afternoon for WE Day Alberta.
The event, put on annually by Free the Children, encourages young people to volunteer their time and raise money for noble causes, in the hopes of sparking a lifelong love of philanthropy.
In return, they’ll get to rub shoulders with tons of big names, including Actor Henry Winkler, Olympian Silken Laumann, and Motivational Speaker Spencer West, while taking in performances by chart-toppers Francesco Yates, The Band Perry and JRDN.
The show starts at 9:30 a.m.
