Joe Fresh recalls quilted baby jackets

Joe Fresh is recalling a style of baby jacket it says could pose a choking hazard.
The quilted coats have buttons young children may be able to pull off.
Jackets covered by the recall have the style code BBF5OT4316, and were sold since September 1.
The company says it’s had one report of a child removing a button and putting it in their mouth but no one’s been injured.
Anyone who bought the coat can bring it back to the store for a refund.
