Calgary Police have arrested four people after a stolen SUV sideswiped a police vehicle Wednesday night and took off.

It happened at around 6 a.m. at 34 Avenue and 5 Street NW during a traffic stop.

Sgt. Kelly Todd says three or four hours later, the car was spotted again and followed by HAWCS.

When it stopped and everyone got out, that’s when officers moved in.

No one was injured and charges are pending.
