Police investigate two separate weekend deaths

Two more people are dead after a violent weekend in Calgary.
In the first case, a man was gunned down in a barber shop in the southeast community of Forest Lawn.
It happened Saturday evening around 5 p.m., when police say a man entered the shop in the 5100 block of 20 Avenue, started speaking with a customer, then pulled out a gun and shot him.
The suspect then ran across the street a sped off in a silver SUV.
Police believe the incident is gang or drug related.
The second case is considered a suspicious death.
The body of a man was found in an alley in the community of Highwood along Hendon Drive northwest Sunday morning, around 9 a.m.
The Homicide Unit is investigating and an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
Anyone with information on either case is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
