Albertans dining out less

Albertans are going out to eat less often.
Sales in the province’s food and beverage sector fell 0.7 per cent from August to September of this year to $737.9 million.
Nationally, sales are only down 0.1 per cent.
Statistics Canada says the biggest decline in the province happened for food service contractors and caterers.
However, sales at fast food restaurants and drinking places saw a boost.
