Officers in Grande Prairie are investigating what appears to be a drive-by shooting.

RCMP in the northwestern Alberta town were called Saturday afternoon to reports of shots fired in the area of Royal Oaks Dr. and 102b St.

Witnesses reported hearing several shots and seeing a grey Nissan Titan speeding away from the area.

Police arrived at the scene and found a vehicle with three broken windows.

Investigators say there’s no evidence to suggest anyone was injured during the incident.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call RCMP.
