City to reveal busking plan

The city is revealing details Thursday on its busking pilot program.
Nearly 500 buskers, including musicians, mimes, and magicians, are given IDs each year and officials have been conducting a review.
They are continuing to collect feedback and further changes could come next year.
The news conference takes place at 10:30 a.m. in front of Flames Central.
