RCMP looking for suspect after sexual assault

Drumheller RCMP are looking for a suspect after a sexual assault.
On Sunday, a homeowner opened his door after a stranger knocked and asked to use the phone. Once the door was open, the suspect forced his way inside the home and sexually assaulted the owner. The victim had minor injuries, but did not need to go to hospital.
The suspect in the case is described as 5’10”, and was wearing blue jeans, a green sweater and a light blue baseball cap. He also had a black balaclava covering his face.
According to police, further investigation into the incident shows in the days leading up to this assault, the same suspect knocked on other doors and asked to use the phone. No assaults have been reported in those cases.
RCMP is reminded the public to verify the identity of any strangers before opening the door for someone they do not know.
