What’s the best neighbourhood in Calgary?
Avenue magazine is looking to locals to find out.
Last year, the publication awarded the title to the Beltline, a downtown neighbourhood located near 17th Ave. S.W. and 10th Ave. S.W.
It won thanks in part to its proximity to the downtown core, the variety of grocery options in the area, as well as the mix of family-friendly, high-rise and low-rise apartments.
This is the seventh straight year that the magazine is putting out its survey for Calgarians to share what they look for in their ideal neighbourhood.
The award is based on data analysis, and takes things like community amenities, crime statistics, and property value into account.
The survey is open until February 28th.
