You know it’s Canada when police are looking for a pair of suspects armed with hockey sticks!

The two are in for a serious penalty if officers catch up with them after they robbed a Riverbend area gas station.

They hit a location in the 8300 block of 18th St. S.E. around 2:30 Saturday morning, scoring cash and cigarettes in the robbery.

No one was hurt.
