Time to spring forward this weekend

This is the weekend most Canadians switch from Standard time to Daylight Saving Time.

Before going to bed Saturday night, turn your clocks and watches forward one hour.

The time change does not apply in Saskatchewan, which is on Central Standard Time year-round.

Daylight Saving Time ends on November 6.
