Man facing 21 charges in Dover shooting

A 33-year-old man is now facing 21 charges following a shooting in Dover on Tuesday that sent one man to hospital.
John Abraham Young, of no fixed address, was arrested Tuesday afternoon and is accused of aggravated assault, several firearms counts, robbery, possession of stolen property and breaching court conditions to name a few.
Calgary police were called the 3000 block of Dover Ridge Dr. S.E. for reports of a man in his 30s who was shot at about 1:15 a.m. on Tuesday.
The victim was rushed to hospital in non-life threatening condition.
Police believe the shooter and victim knew each other and the incident was a result of a personal dispute.
Young is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
