Information centres close in Fort Mac

As the flow of returnees slows in Fort McMurray, officials have announced the closure of information centres.

The centres at Holy Trinity and Westwood High Schools will close for the final time at 8 p.m. Friday, while the Fort McMurray Composite High School location will shut down Sunday at 8 p.m.

A new centre is opening up long term at the Future Forward Building starting Monday.

So far, roughly 45,000 people have made their return to Fort McMurray.
