Three more wolves killed by train in Banff

Three young wolves were struck and killed by a CP Rail train Monday morning, within Banff National Park.

It happened just west of the Sunshine Exit on the CP line.

It’s been a rough month for packs in the Bow Valley area; parks officials had to put down a female member after she became too bold with humans in the area.

Two weeks ago, another wolf pup was hit and killed on the line.
