Tourism Calgary is looking to make life easier for attendees of some of the city’s big events going forward.
The group is launching its first mobile kiosk just in time for the Calgary Stampede.
The kiosk will include Wi-Fi connectivity, and be staffed by teams who will share what the city and surrounding area has to offer with Calgarians and travellers attending street events and festivals throughout the summer.
Calgary welcomes more than eight million visitors a year who contribute $1.7-billion to the local economy.
