Calgarians brainstorm future of Chinatown

What does the future hold for Chinatown?
Calgarians are being encouraged to give feedback to the city about revitalizing the area, while still preserving its unique cultural identity.
Allison Chan, the Planning Chinatown project manager says Chinatown is the heart and home for Chinese Canadians and they hope to make it even stronger.
A proposed 30 storey skyscraper had community members up in arms earlier this year; worried it would disrupt the character of the neighbourhood.
City council is also mulling over an area redevelopment plan, both will be discussed in December.
Citizens can have their say online, or at several drop in events this summer.
