ReggaeFest only one week away

The countdown is on to the 2016 ReggaeFest in Calgary.
It happens August 19 and 20 at Shaw Millennium Park on 9 Avenue SW.
ReggaeFest Producer Leo Cripps says the theme is uniting cultures through reggae music.
“We’ve actually reached out to newcomers, to some of the refugees who are in Calgary, and we’ve given a select number of tickets away so people can come out and see what the true meaning of what Calgary is all about, the true exclusiveness of our city,” he said.
Performers at ReggaeFest include Aktivate and Dubwise from Calgary along with some other popular names Warrior King and Glen Washington.
