Major Lethbridge road shut down during morning rush

Lethbridge police are expected to release more information after they said a “high-risk incident” shut down a main thoroughfare early Thursday morning.

People were told to avoid Whoop-Up Drive for nearly two hours, before police arrested a man.

They have not given any hints about what the high-risk incident involved.
