Suspect in robbery spree arrested

A Calgary woman is facing charges for allegedly carrying out four robberies in 45 minutes.

Police say the first call came in at about 10 a.m. on August 11, when the suspect walked into a northeast Subway restaurant, carrying a weapon and demanding money.

She reportedly did the same thing at a northeast 7-Eleven, then at a Petro-Canada gas station.

Investigators say she ended her crime spree at an RBC on Northmount Dr. N.W.

During two of the robberies, the suspect took off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Christine Shirley Webb, 28, faces four counts of robbery.
