Wanted Calgary man believed to be in B.C.

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Calgary police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Calgary man accused of domestic offences who is believed to have fled to B.C.

21-year-old Wyatt Reader is wanted on Canada-wide warrants for assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats, forcible confinement, and five counts of failing to comply with court orders.

Reader is charged in connection with a domestic incident that occurred Saturday, Oct. 3, during which it is believed a woman was violently assaulted.

Police believe Reader is living in his vehicle somewhere in central B.C. He was last seen on Monday afternoon in Kamloops and has also been recently spotted in the Salmon Arm area. He may be heading for the Lower Mainland.

He is described as 5’10” with an average build, brown hair, and hazel eyes and is believed to have a recent cut on his left arm from the incident and was last seen wearing a black baseball cap and grey T-shirt.

He was driving a black, 2020 Kia Sorrento SUV.

Anyone with information is asked to call Calgary Police or Crime Stoppers.
