Calgary’s WinSport closes ski and snowboard hill Tuesday

The snowfall in Calgary over the long weekend alongside ice-cold temperatures have placed a temporary stoppage on some winter sport activities at WinSport.

WinSport announced it is closing the ski and snowboard hill at Canada Olympic Park Tuesday due to the cold that is gripping the city.

Based on the current Environment Canada forecast, they anticipate re-opening the hill to guests on Wednesday.

With changing weather conditions, guests are advised to visit winsport.ca for the latest updates.
