Calgary FolkFest reveals 2024 lineup

Some big names in music will be hitting the stage in Calgary this summer as part of the 45th annual ‘FolkFest’

The 2024 Calgary Folk Festival runs from July 25 to 28 at Prince’s Island Park, and has 72 artists scheduled to perform, including The Roots and KT Tunstall who will hit the mainstage on Saturday.

To kick off the festival, English artist Ben Howard and Canadian Leif Vollebeck will take the mainstage Thursday night, followed by Cowboy Junkies and Irish songwriter James Vincent McMorrow on Friday.

The event typically sees around 53,000 attendees each year.

Kids under 12 get into the festival for free. Tickets and the full lineup are available here.
