Calgary massage therapist charged with sexual assault

A Calgary massage therapist has been charged with sexual assault after allegedly touching a client inappropriately earlier this year.

Calgary police say they began investigating in February after a someone reported the incident after getting a massage at Parkview Massage and Wellness near Canyon Meadows Drive and Bonaventure Drive SE.

It is alleged the victim went for a massage in January and a massage therapist touched them in a sexual manner without consent during the session.

Police have charged 46-year-old Calgary resident Donald Patrick Harris with one count of sexual assault and say the clinic cooperated with the investigation.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court in early May.
