Youth to hospital, two others in custody after SE Calgary stabbing

A youth is in hospital and two other youths are in custody after a stabbing in southeast Calgary on Wednesday night.

Emergency crews were called to Auburn Meadows Way SE around 5:50 p.m. for reports of an assault.

Officers found a youth suffering from stab wounds. The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries, their condition has since been upgraded to stable.

Two other youths were taken into custody.

The investigation into what led to the confrontation is ongoing.
