$15 million lotto ticket was bought in Alberta

An Alberta lottery player is holding a multi-million dollar winning lotto ticket.

According to Lotto Max, a $15 million jackpot ticket that matched all seven numbers in the June 5 draw was purchased somewhere in the province,

The ticket was bought outside Calgary and Edmonton. The winning combination was 11, 16, 27, 34, 40, 47 and 49.

The lottery corporation is urging players to check their June 5 tickets.

Whoever holds the winning ticket has one year to claim their prize.

The win follows another May 26 jackpot of the same amount, marking Alberta’s second win of that size in less than two weeks.
