Calgary police have issued a warrant for an 18-year-old Calgary man in connection with the murder of 26 year old Christa Cachene in Ranchlands last weekend.
Isaiah Riel Rider is now wanted for second degree murder as well as unrelated warrants for assault and breach of a conditional sentence order.
He is described as Aboriginal, approximately 6 foot 2, 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Cachene died early Sunday at a home in the one hundred block of Ranchlands Bay N.W.
