Calgary police have arrested and charged on man in connection to the theft of a city transit bus early Sunday morning.

20 year old Jeffrey Keizer is charged with theft over $5,000. The approximate value of a transit bus is $300,000.

Investigators have not tracked down the driver, seen in the transit video released to the public by police Monday.

Two men can be seen in the video laughing as the driver tried to steer the bus, hitting two vehicles along the way.
