Glass platform planned for Icefields

A Canadian travel company is looking to build a suspended glass-floored platform over the Jasper Icefields.

The deck would extend 30 metres over the Sunwapta Valley.

It would be part of a 400-metre trail in the area that Brewster Travel Canada is planning.

The Calgary Herald reports the site would be built along the Icefields Parkway, just over six kilometres from the Icefields Centre.
