Calgary drivers slammed with snow

Police are urging caution to everyone planning to climb behind the wheel Monday.
City roads are buried under a layer of fresh snow with more snow in the forecast.
The snow is also hiding some icy patches, with drifting being reported in open areas and along on and off ramps.
660News reporter Ian Campbell has been driving around the city.
He says plows and sanders are making the rounds, but are having trouble keeping up with the snow and their work is now starting to bog down as the volume of the morning rush builds.
A couple of school closures to pass along; Khalsa school in Calgary is closed, as is Edison School in Okotoks.
Calgary Transit is also reporting delays around the city for buses and C-Trains.
Although no roads are shut, the RCMP are advising against travel on local highways until later in the day.
Tow truck companies expect busy conditions and are asking people who need a push or a boost to be patient.
