Calgarians react to carbon tax being scrapped

Filling up at the pump will soon be a bit more enjoyable as Calgarians welcome the news that they don’t need to pay for the consumer carbon tax starting from April 1, after new Prime Minister Mark Carney reduced the rate to $0. Edward Djan has more.
