PPC Maxime Bernier in Calgary calls for the end to “Imperial Federalism”

The leader of the People’s Party of Canada Maxime Bernier says it’s time for Ottawa to “mind its own business.” At a press conference in Calgary Tuesday Bernier vowed to end what he calls “imperial federalism” by restoring power to the provinces.
