One Wiebo Ludwig observer says he’s not sure how future events surrounding the controversial oilpatch bomber will play out, but he is sure there could be some very interesting and possibly surprising developments over the coming days.
Andrew Nikiforuk has written a book about Ludwig and tells CTV the Hythe area farmer is a complicated, infuriating, highly generous man and very much a provocative individual.
Nikiforuk adds there seems to be a “cat and mouse game” going on and that it’s anyone’s guess if the RCMP are playing Ludwig or if he’s playing them.
