The crown will not be granted a second psych test on a Calgary man accused of murdering his own children.
43-year-old James Louis faces two charges of first degree murder in the deaths of his son and daughter, and is also accused of trying to kill his wife.
The first test on Louie’s mental state found him fit to stand trial, but he did remain in a mental hospital instead of being sent to a correctional facility.
Louie is expected back in court on April 21st.
