Fraud suspect arrested

City police have arrested a man who turned himself in for a string of debit card fraud incidents.
35 year-old Sanjai Prasad was wanted on 22 charges including theft and having stolen credit cards.
Police say Prasad tricked at least six people into letting him “borrow” their bank cards and PIN numbers to cash a cheque.
He allegedly took as much as $100,000 from some victims.
