Fleury glad Graham James has been tracked down

Former Calgary Flame Theo Fleury says he is pleased former junior hockey coach Graham James has been found.

James is now living and working in Guadalajara, Mexico.

He has been in the centre of a political storm ever since it was revealed he was pardoned for his sex crimes three years ago, although that information was just released.

Fleury claims he was also assaulted by James and is hoping police will look at laying more charges.

The Globe and Mail and CBC located the 58-year-old and were unable to get him to sit down for an interview. He only told CBC’s The National that he has a lawyer, who will handle any future sex abuse charges that he may face. He added, he was not running away.

James was found living in a one bedroom apartment in a gated community across from a convent.  It’s believed he’s working for a Canadian-based Internet marketing company.

He now has greying hair and appears slimmer.

James was convicted of molesting former NHL player Sheldon Kennedy and another junior player. Most recently, former Calgary Flame, Theoren Fleury, filed a new complaint against James that is being investigated by Winnipeg police.
