Foals born at Calgary Zoo

Three Asian Wild Horse foals have been born at the Calgary Zoo through its endangered species breeding facility.
A colt was born on April 24, a filly on May 2 and another filly on May 20.
They are the first of the breed to be born at the zoo since 1994.
The public will have a chance to name them starting today. Since all three were sired by Varanasi their names must start with the letter “v”.
