Walking to cure MS in Calgary

About 2,500 Calgarians headed to Prince’s Island Park Sunday in support of a good cause and at least the weather co-operated.

They laced up for the 19th annual Enerflex MS Walk.

The event’s manager tells 660News, all of the money raised will go towards research for a cause and cure for Multiple Sclerosis, as well as to client services helping families affected by MS.

Organizers raised about $900,000 this year.
