Sunalta LRT rezoning approved

Council has cleared the way for higher density lots near the future Sunalta C-Train station.

The rezoned area includes property the mayor owns.

The lots are from businesses Dave Bronconnier had before he became mayor. He abstained from Monday’s vote. The rezoning takes effect later this month and affects more than 100 Sunalta addresses.
