So long G20!
TORONTO, Ont. – Most of the G20 leaders have left town, but the assessment of whether the summits were worth it and the cost to Toronto are still far from over.
Meanwhile, the streets of Toronto have relatively returned back to normal, Monday.
The security restrictions downtown have been lifted. The streets have been swept and cleaned, and a sense of calm has definitely been restored.

But there are still some signs of what some G20 protesters left behind — some stores are still boarded up because their front windows were smashed.
Also, the 10-foot high security fencing is still up, so commuters can expect some traffic delays and parking issues in the affected areas.
There’s no damage estimate yet from the weekend vandalism. That will likely take a few days.
