Maddox Flynn doing well after surgery

An Edmonton toddler who had to have surgery to remove a big growth from his face has gotten his stitches out and is doing well.
Maddox Flynn will get to fly back home Tuesday after the two surgeries in New York last week.
His dad tells the Calgary Herald Maddox was off painkillers within hours of coming out of the second four-hour surgery.
Maddox was born with the growth, which has affected his ability to eat and talk for his whole life.
