A big rescue on the Bow River Monday.
The Calgary Fire Department Aquatic surface rescue team had to pull nine people from the water when the rafts they were riding on, struck the Louise Bridge.
The four rafts were tied together and when they hit the bridge, people were thrown into the fast moving water.
Four trips were made to retrieve all of the victims.
No one was injured in the incident, but everyone was extremely cold.
The fire department is reminding Calgarians not to strap rafts together, as they can become a tangle hazard and trap rafters under the water.
