Authorities seize terror suspect’s baby

Authorities have seized the infant daughter of a man arrested in a homegrown terror plot to bomb Parliament.

Police allege the Ottawa man abused his family and didn’t provide the proper necessities of life for his six-month-old.

Awso Peshdary’s lawyer tells The Globe and Mail the baby is in the care of the Children’s Aid Society right now.

The 20-year-old was the fourth person arrested in the terror plot.
