Students and staff attending the University of Calgary and who are on the Rogers Wireless Network, will be receiving a bit of a break on their phone bills.
The university and telecommunications company have partnered up to create the Dino Zone Plan which covers the U of C main campus, McMahon Stadium, Spy Hill campus and Foothills Hospital.
Rogers spokeswoman Loraleigh Kovacik tells 660News those using the plan get 1,000 incoming minutes for their Rogers mobile phone along with unlimited outgoing calls at a cost of ten dollars.
Kovacik also says that the idea of a wireless campus is extremely unique.
