Report finds Calgary taxi service has improved

It’s finally getting easier to grab a cab in Calgary.
That’s the conclusion of a consultant’s report headed to city council this week.
The report suggests it’s easier to get a taxi now that Associated Cabs has an exclusive contract with the airport.
According to The Calgary Sun, that’s forced drivers with other companies to head elsewhere to find customers.
The consultant also recommends creating a central location downtown where taxis can pick up passengers.
