A Calgary man accused in the biggest Ponzi scheme in Canadian history will spend the holidays locked up.
A judge will not overturn a lower court ruling denying bail to Milowe Brost.
Brost was arrested last month and charged with trying to cash a bogus cheque.
He was already on bail at the time, accused of orchestrating a $100-million Ponzi scheme with co-accused Gary Sorenson.
