Strathmore tow truck stolen

If you’re stuck in a ditch and need a pull, make sure you get a good look at the tow truck helping you out.
Const. Marlayne Euler with the Strathmore RCMP tells 660News someone stole a distinctive flat bed tow truck from A-1 Towing Jan. 1.
“It’s a white Ford F-550, 2005 model. It’s a flat deck and it’s got red flames on the hood of it,” she says. “It has the name of the business written on the doors, so it’s pretty distinctive. If you saw it driving around, you’d go, ‘Oh! That’s that truck!'”
The truck has Alberta license plate 251237 was stolen before the blast of frigid weather that caused authorities to close Highway 1.
Euler says the truck was plugged in and locked in when it was stolen. Anyone with information can call the Strathmore RCMP or Crimestoppers.
