Calgary Humane Society caring for abandoned puppies

Two puppies are now safe and sound after being dumped at the Tsuu Tina First Nations Landfill.

RCMP say the puppies were stolen from a First Nation resident a few days ago.

Workers at the landfill report  that two women in a black pick-up were seen ditching the animals before speeding off.

There had been a total of three puppies stolen, sadly one of them didn’t make it.

The two surviving puppies are being cared for by the Calgary Humane Society.

Patricia Cameron with the Humane Society says the puppies are now resting comfortably but urges anyone with information to come forward.
