14th Street S.W. reopens

A month of additional headaches for downtown commuters has come to an end.
After being closed since mid-January for utility work, 14th Street S.W. is open for business once again between 11th and 9th Avenues.
The Calgary Herald reports the closure forced bumper-to-bumper traffic snarls though the neighbourhood, and also slowed Crowchild Trail.
