Accused baby killer released on bail

An accused baby killer has been re-released from jail.

19-year-old Shelby Herchak was arrested again on Tuesday after allegations she breached the conditions of her release.

She’s facing a charge of second degree murder in the death of her one-month-old son last August.

He died at the Alberta Children’s Hospital of blunt force trauma.

According to the Calgary Sun, the only change to Herchak’s conditions is that she has to live with her grandfather instead of her aunt.

She’s scheduled to be back in court next week.
